Seat pitch on the 190 is a bit bigger than on the 170, with seats 2CD the best to have, but there is no difference in width at all between CE and ET on either aircraft type. You basically get a higher crew/pax ratio CE/ET and a meal.
Some flights are incredibly light in CE (we were 4 pax NCE-LCY the other day, with nine rows of CE due to the heavy outbound volume from LCY) and I've also had 32 CE pax on a 190 on a FRA-LCY flight (and the crew were really rushed to get the service done before landing).
They do hand out menus, you get a bottle of water, and a CE meal of sorts, but not quite the same as mainline.
