I realize my posting is a little delayed, but I want to share my experience.
The WiFi didn't even show up until we were at 10,000 feet. I was disappointed that it didn't work while we were on the ground with the cabin door open.
It took me a few try's to sign up, since the signal kept cutting out while I was entering my payment information. Once I did get connected, I was surfing freely for most of the trip. I purchased the accelerated service, which worked perfectly for most of the flight.
I do have to complain that they would charge a BusinessFirst or a Global First passenger for this service. I felt nickeled and dimed.
