They seem to rely on mainly targeted mail offers to current customers. but no new customer sign up. I guess they don't want new customers. Wife and I stopped using our separate Discover cards about 2 years ago while concentrating on sign up bonuses from Chase US Bank Amex etc. She got an offer from Discover to get 500.00 after spending 1000 for 5 months. it said "we want you back" She did it, but I'm still waiting for my offer. Same card/same stop using card date/both never used heavily/. How do they decide who gets these offers, is my question!!!
