Apologies for newbie question.

I am thinking of switching from Thais's Royal Orchid program (where I am Gold) to SingAir's Krisflyer. I do about 100k miles per year, mostly in business class.

Would someone be able to tell me how easy it is to get award seats on SingAir? Availability of Thai is very good, but SingAir is a better airline and it suits me to fly SingAir these days. Thai also offers a upgrade certificate to Gold flyers each year and lets you make one booking for 50% of the normal points. Does SingAir offer anything different? Any special benefits?
