I like and enjoy flying BA, but I don't fly it because of the food, it stinks, in the lounge and on the plane, but it isn't because of BA, but because the menu is British... and the brit food... should I duck now .

I enjoy how they treat me, and how they take care of me... Ok once I had a bad story ok twice, but they were handled very well after I did the DYKWIA.. and am never gonna fly you again.

BTW, OP, you were flying F, so you should have been in the CCR and not F lounge.

I have do do fly ME airlines when I go east, and I get very good service, good food... great bed, incredible shower (wish BA would have one) car service to/from... wonderful lounge, but something is missing... Oh yes modern fleet.. but there is something that doesn't cut it.
