YYZ-LGA today morning. Only water offered pre-takeoff, no juice.

No hot towel.

The SD seemed to be new at his job and was actually reading the pre-flight announcements off his cell phone.

Breakfast was standard omelette + bread (cold) + sausage (looked funny but tasted fine). No offer to top up coffee.

All in all, didn't feel very "Executive First" but it was a comp upgrade so I can't complain much.
