I agree. AC doesnīt need a celebrity chef. IMO the food in J (leaving aside the NA short-haul snack basket nuisance) is fine, but a modest budget increase (letīs say 20%) should allow AC to:

- improve the quality of the main courses (IMO appetizer, salad and dessert are fine)
- change the menu every two months
- buy some better wine and maybe a slightly better champagne (other drinks are fine IMO)
- offer a decent bread basket (maybe itīs just me, but IMO the bread selection is quite terrible)
- maybe exit the long-term contract for the vinaigrettei
