I am looking forward to trying out this SmartGate program when I enter Australia on Wednesday. Here's a question: is it possible to request a passport stamp? I really like to collect them, not just as proof of my trip, but also as a cheap souvenir. Will they think I'm crazy if I ask for one after passing through the SmartGate?
