As already mentioned, the survey last week asked precisely whether we would support that idea.

My take is, we don't need a whore chef with no budget. Real issue is budget, not chef.

remember when we had whore sommelier. Tony Aspler among others if my memory is correct. Now we have the guy who dropped out of his PhD. I believe he is originally from the Montreal area and he does the same job for American.

Basically, how to pick cheap wines that most people don't notice are that cheap.
