Iv'e done the HNL-MAJ-KWA-MAJ-HNL flight numerous times. When it was CO Micronesia, CPU almost every flight. The last couple of times I've flown it since the merger, I've been told that the route does not qualify for a CPU, this was by the 1K desk. Clearly on the UA website it states that Oceana routes are eligible for CPU. I've written UA about it but have not gotten a responce. And yes always pay full Y tickets. Has anyone else had this problem?
