in CR after using credit cards almost exclusively to pay everything over 13 years I have only seen THAT cash advance , never seen it anywhere else

the usual 'strategy' elsewhere is "if you want to pay with cc I have to add 13%" (which is the sales tax) the reason for this is that credit card systems in CR as elsewhere are linked to the government reporting systems etc and its impossible to avoid taxation issues as it could be done with cash only purchases
