not so much a game I suppose but rather a policy of not paying those kind of fees and getting less $ in return
another example, water bill of my house in the US can be paid with a cc IF I pay a 'convenience fee'
my water bill in CR I can pay through my banking online portal IF and ONLY IF I use a credit card issues by my bank (since they are a credit card issuers they dont pay any fees if its going through their own system)
