I completely agree regarding your lunch proposals (look out for the lunch specials, good value!) but concerning dinner, well, it's still quite challenging to find a good restaurant where you have a choice of main courses below CHF 20. It's possible but you have to know where to look for and certainly it's not "Restaurant Lindenhof"
But yes, pizzerias are usually a good choice if you aim for this.
