My vote is CDG with the very decent CX lounge. A nice surprise.
I think you need to differentiate between airline lounges and airport lounges. Airline lounges, the IB at MAD are an obvious choice but the CX in CDG is indeed nice. On airport lounge, I still really like NCE which has further improved recently in terms of its offering (except wine which is poor) and affords really lovely views and light.
