Did you book your flights on BA.com? The only reason I ask is that I booked a flight GLA-LHR-HKG in WTP a couple of weeks ago and was able to UuA to CW online on the outbound. Haven't tried the return yet. No dramas. The only time have not been able to UuA is if it is a booking made by my company through their corporate travel agent.
