You are lucky! Only two weeks!

It took 5 weeks for them to respond about a simple inquiry about a hotel not responding to emails and asking if the address on the website is correct. The response was that they will gladly help when I send the original email to them.
The response was 3 weeks after the intended stay.
Needless to say that I booked somewhere else.
