How do you get MasteRental coverage on a Visa card? Or is the OP mistaken about Chase offering a Visa version of the AGR card? (I only have the Chase/AGR MasterCard, and I cannot transfer my AGR points out to other programs unless I charge at least $200 in Amtrak purchases to the card per year, or attain AGR Select status).
