Could you guys please help me budget for taxis, bus and metro fare, etc. for our trip?

I am trying to calculate expenses and have no clue what to budget. We'll be covering lots of ground and wandering around to see as much as possible. Here's the final itinerary:

* Tokyo - 4 Nights
* Hakone-machi - 2 Nights
* Tokyo - 3 Nights
* Yamanouchi-machi - 1 Night
* Kaga-shi - 3 Nights
* Kyoto - 5 Nights
* Nara - 1 Night
* Osaka - 4 Nights
* Matsue - 3 Nights
* Miyajima - 1 Night
* Nagasaki - 3 Nights

I'd greatly appreciate if you could give a rough estimate (preferably on the high end to be safe) of what I should set aside for cabs and public transit throughout our trip. I realize that's tough to do in a city like Tokyo, but your guess is better than mine!
