Looks fine to me and if booked as a single itinerary you will be protected if your incoming flight is delayed.

There's many daily flights to Glasgow so you won't have any issues.

Standard minimum connection time at HKG is 60 minutes. I'm no HKG expert (only been there once), but I would say you can comfortably make your connection based on my experience at that airport.
