Oh dear, that's one of the annoying things about CW as opposed to WTP - you get constantly interrupted with an invitation to stuff more bread in your face from a tray of bread that despite being pawed at by countless other pax always seems to contain an endless supply of the stuff.
I thought it was customary to indicate the bread you wanted so that the CC could serve it with spoons/tongs.
