I am quite confused by how they get the time to fly that much to let them earn the gold status while they travel on business always doesn't count toward gold tier!!!
I don't want to start the route of pay. As now with mixed fleet, the pay is lower.
However I was always under the impression they work in shifts. So a few days at work, maybe standby days as well. Then the same time off. I always thought it was like the services, police and hospital workers.
Now the real question. why do they want to fly when they are always working on planes!??
