Do you travel with a camera bag? Something that screams This is a camera an 3 lens'?

I have the Crumpler Haven and the Timbuk2 Snoop as my two primary camera 'bags'.

They are inserts for regular bags, I have a couple of random backpacks I use them in, and If I don't take my camera out no one would know theres $$ worth of slr gear in them.
