Award rooms have a cap of two occupants, unless I'm very much mistaken.

You need to reserve three rooms every night, or you're breaking the rules. If the child is small enough for a cot two rooms might be reasonable. But if it's old enough to go to school, two rooms is less than you're meant to have.
