Have the Visa Plat card. Applied for the MC version and got the 7-10 days notice. Then they requested a 4506-T from me and concurrently sent me a letter closing all my open accounts because I have too many recently opened accounts. They said that is the only reason they closed it. Then why even bother sending me a 4506-T? Obviously I won't be sending in the 4506.
