Now Marriott.com is showing both hotels with rooms available into most (but curiously not all) days in early August.

The Residence Inn is more expensive than the next-door Fairfield Inn on weekdays, but drops to the same (at least advance purchase) rate as the Fairfield on the weekend nights that I looked at in early August.

The rates in early August seem lower overall, perhaps because they're becoming available so late?
