Total miles needed for an oneworld/other airline award is determined by origin and destination city pairs, not the number of flights nor total distance. There are, however, different award types, aka Explorer awards that are distance based.


Thanks so much. That is very, very helpful. So once we've spent the miles for one leg, we can get all the legs for the same price? And that's business class? Sounds almost do-able. Now we just have to get the miles
