The closest service that I know of is Internet on the Go. It is not SIM card, but a MiFi device that runs on Sprint's CDMA network. The rate is $45 for 3GB, $25 for 1.5GB or $10 for 0.5GB that has no expiration. There is another fee schedule for data that expire in 30 days.

It is available only through Wal Mart. The MiFi costs $80.
