Speaking of the certs, how/when did you receive these after your qualified spend? Any difficulty in redeeming/combining?

Also any other suggestions for experiences/places to visit?

Thanks again for the reply
I booked my Regency room (27k GP points) for the first night, so our check-in was handled up in the Club, which no doubt helped. Also, they didn't want to move us after our first night (our next 2 nights booked into base level rooms with the Visa certs). In my experience, courtesy and graciousness go a lot further than walking in and demanding an upgrade.

My Visa certs showed up pretty quickly. Don't remember specifics though. No difficulty in combining them, as long as the availability is there.

Caution - watch out for the Family Suite on the floor immediately below the Club, as you will hear the early breakfast crowd walking around right above your bed.

Nice tennis courts, btw, if that interests you. No fee to reserve them.
