Everytime I call Korean air I get a different story for almost everything from # of points needed to the rules to get award tickets to the fees required
Can someone tell me if you converted too many UR points to Korean Air, can you covert them back?
We were initially told 190k points, then 180k points then 185 pts then now 155k points. We already converted 180 over and now it's only 155k. Is there anyway to recoop that and transfer it back to UR points?
Please advise.
