Unless you buy ANOTHER papyrus print, you should not declare the print you're bringing from the US. You bought it 4 years ago. Why would you repeatedly keep declaring it?

I'm going to Germany next month from JFK and I'll be bringing a black sleeveless blouse I bought in Cologne back in 2011. When I fly home to JFK, I certainly won't declare this blouse on the form I showed you above. It's mine already. I bought it 2 years ago.
