You'll be totally fine.

On the form:

Question 11A: Check YES (bringing in food). They'll ask, tell them they're prepackaged cookies. 99.999% chance they won't care. Absolute worst case, they tell you that the cookies can't be brought in. Don't just try to bring them in, however, because if you DON'T say you have food, and they end up finding out you do, then it's a real hassle.

Question 15 (Visitors): put in the total cost of the cookies and the papyrus. (Sounds like about $30. They won't care at all.
