Was in Taipei 2 weeks ago flying BR to NRT to connect to UA back to SFO. No problem accessing lounge with a United Club Card. There are 4 EVA lounges and they allow you to only go to one of them. But that one had an amazing array of food selections --almost like a buffet selection of Asian and Western foods with tons of drink choices. By far one of the best lounges around -- light years ahead of any United Club. Enjoy.
