Not really a MR, but can be useful for some. This is very similar to the Groupon deals that appear every now and then.

You can purchase either a 9e code that drops the price 30e or a 19e code that drops the price 60e. Both seem to still be available.

I know that edreams is not very respected on this forum and that many people have had problems with them. I've booked around 20 flights with them (with the exeption of two, all with discount codes) and have never experienced any problems. I remember reading a post here some time ago that one should always make bookings with edreams during business hours. I've sticked to that advice and have received the PNR immediately after purchase every time, the PNR has worked on the carrier's site or checkmytrip.com and there haven't been any problems at check-in.

Once the operating carrier (SK) changed their schedule with a few hours, I contacted them and was allowed to change my booking to an entirely different date with no extra cost. For some reason edreams doesn't really like Skyteam. For example I've never found any domestic DL flights on their site and the KL prices are much higher than on other booking sites. On the other hand, this web site offers many multi-city options that usually are not found easily elsewhere. LH/SK etc. combinations are a good example of this.

Here's what you need to keep in mind when buying and using these codes:

- you have to book by 15/09/2013
- you have to fly by 31/12/2013, although I managed to book a January flight
- edreams shows you the final price only after you've filled in all your personal information and chosen the form of payment
- discount codes drop the final price, even the credit card surcharge

- edreams adds surcharges to every flight you book = roundtrip is two surcharges and multi-city itinerary even more
- this is why these codes are pretty much useless for roundtrip bookings, but offer nice saving when you purchase outward and inward journeys separately (ex. HEL-LGW, LGW-HEL instead of HEL-LGW-HEL)
- actual savings are usually at least 30e per 60e discount code compared to the lowest price on another website, including the 19e you paid for the code
- so if two people fly the itinerary above, book two one-ways each and each book their flights separately, the savings are at least 30e x 4 = 120e
