I will never stay there again; just lucky the bed bugs didn't get me. 8-10 minute walk from the Kilburn Park station. I wouldn't let Ms. GDaoV walk to/from the tube after sunset.
Everyone entitled to opinion of course and lack of air con in current heat definitely not good.... I was there 3 nights this week

However I would say it's about 3 mins to the tube about 250m on google maps - and it is really not a bad area - but again everyones perception of risk is different, lounge is ok, free evening drinks and nibbles and breakfast more than passable. Good healthclub attached and some of the restaurants in area whilst not michelin starred offer really good food at decent prices. The persian restaurant opposite is great.
