I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel recently instead of St. Ermins.

I got upgraded to a junior suite but the a/c didn't work (room temp air instead of cold air). I told the staff and they said they would take care of it while I was site seeing. I came back to a warm room with 2 fans. Promptly called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do at midnight and I said what appended between 11am and now...

I will never stay there again; just lucky the bed bugs didn't get me. 8-10 minute walk from the Kilburn Park station. I wouldn't let Ms. GDaoV walk to/from the tube after sunset.
