Apply Day 1 for 50K card in Wiki.
Apply Day 8 for same 50K card in Wiki (or 7 days after approval of first card if not approved on same day).
Apply Day 66 for 50K card in Wiki.
Apply Day 74 for 50K card in Wiki.
No more than one card in a week.
No more than two cards in 60 (65) days.
You must follow both rules.

to make this churn work, are you doing the following
day 1 apply once
day 8 apply second using same link (will Citi actually give you the same card twice?!)
repeat every 7/8 days until you get declined or can't meet the minimum spend or your Credit score get hit too hard...?
is that how it works?
