I just filled out an AC Listens survey about this topic. Asked how important "healthy" options were, and how important is it that the menus a prepared with a nutritionist. Next question asked about whether I would have a higher opinion of the airline if they were prepared with a famous chef. They asked about Executive and economy, international and domestic.
