YMMV, but i booked two nights using Visa certs, plus one night in Regency room on points, and they put us in a Family Suite for all three nights w Regency access for whole stay,; all this for a lowly Plat.......

Love the sound of that. Did you have to do anything in particular or ask for anything in order to get family suite the whole time? I had already planned for Spa del sol since I've heard many recommendations. I was planning to do 2 of the Visa certs and then at least 3 nights via points in the regency.
Speaking of the certs, how/when did you receive these after your qualified spend? Any difficulty in redeeming/combining?
Also any other suggestions for experiences/places to visit?
