I think it would be very easy to improve the website in a way that showed the connection and flight numbers such that it didn't cause confusion.

COI - I too am currently stuck with a whole load of flights to London, about 2/3 of which are to other destinations and I'm just connecting there. Is a right pain when trying to pick the right one at a glance to go into MMB (obviously you can work it out by the date but when the number of flights builds up this gets more annoying!)
