Crossrail not going to T5 is a bit of an issue for BA. Up to now they've always had the "glamour" of the crappy overpriced heathrow express, but with a direct train to the centre of town?
The 'enhanced' the Heathrow Connect a while ago and now between T1/3 and T4 is a Heathrow Express branded shuttle (a repainted Heathrow Connect). It was marketed as an enhancement because it's apparently better timed for interchange with the HEX. Of course, it also means Connect customers have the hassle of changing to get to T4 too.

JumboDriver do the empty connect trains actually pull into T5 platforms or use an area out of public reach for the driver to change ends? If the train goes to T5 empty then it just shows the lengths HAL go to disadvantage non-HEX customers.
