I thought connect ran through to T4 once every 30 minutes, suplemented by a shuttle that runs back and forth between Central and T4 every 30 minutes, giving 6 trains per hour from Central to the mainline, 4 tph Central to T5, and 4tph central to T4

Crossrail not going to T5 is a bit of an issue for BA. Up to now they've always had the "glamour" of the crappy overpriced heathrow express, but with a direct train to the centre of town?
