How is it that these prime resorts that should have a philosophy of exceptional customer service allow this to go on?
An airline can (for the most part) get thousands of bags thru transfers and across the world in a day but a resort cannot figure out the best way to handle this problem?
It's mind boggling that it still goes on.
Usually there are quite a few pool people working at a large resort. Someone should be able to make sure the guests are taken care of properly.
