As that link points out, there are different Nationwide cards with different T+Cs.

It's the Nationwide Select card for certain existing customers that has zero FX fees.

Moneysavingexpert.com has a good guide to FX-free cards, including Halifax Clarity, Post Office and Saga (for over-50s, I think).
