I did end up using NYOP on a different zone and got upgraded from 4* to 5* with a $200 bid ($195 failed). I then used your site to check what it predicted and it said 4* sold out but 4.5* $199! I'm not sure why it said 4.5* instead of 5* but very impressive.

Thank you for using our service. We 're currently still improving this service. In the email sent, we meant 4.5* and up. But this will be improved in the future.
