It works quite well with RC, at least in Germany.

You can also add a comment, which would have solved the problem stated by the OP.

So, it can offer quite some value, if implemented correctly. The current Hyatt approach is actually just intented to offer you (overpriced) transfers, house wines and chocolate truffles of poor quality.
