Am I right in thinking if you have a 9 hr + connection but an earlier one is available you don't qualify for hotel stay? Specifically, when we fly GLA-MEL and get to DXB just after midnight, there are 4 or 5 onwards flights to MEL, last ones being A380 non-stop; there is a flight via KUL with 2.5 hr connection so if you opt for a 10 hr connection and direct flight you don't qualify?
