My friend just hit her PM quota on July 9 for 2013.

She is "panicking" since she has not been able to select her PM gift yet on the Delta website.

I tell her to be patient, as it usually takes me a few weeks...but she claims it's always been available "practically immediately".

So, I ask...

Any thoughts/evidence anybody has re: how long it takes to get PM gift. My (very small) sample size of experience is not appeasing her.
