Good news! I created a web site that does exactly what you're looking for because I got tired of constantly refreshing web pages to check for availability when trying to book a room that was currently unavailable. The website is called http://hotelroomalerts.com/ and is programmed to send out an SMS text message and e-mail notification as soon as your desired hotel room becomes available. Simple as that!
