Does it means the card will be daed by 15SEP ??

TrueMove (not TrueMove H) has an 1800 MHz GSM concession, from CAT, which is due to expire on 15 September 2013. At that time the spectrum is due to be returned to the current regulatory agency, the NBTC, for dispensation. Most assume that the NBTC will auction this (and other) 1800 MHz spectrum in the near future for LTE.

I'm not certain anyone knows what may happen on 16 Sep. given that TrueMove have 17 million customers and no one appears to be addressing this looming problem. My best guess is that CAT will "take over" the network from TrueMove on 16 Sep., and a court battle will ensue lasting a few years. Given that CAT and TrueMove H are already "in bed together" for TrueMove H service (850 MHz 3G), any affects on current TrueMove customers may be largely unnoticed. DTAC/HAppy/Tri-NET have positioned themselves to scoop up TrueMove customers - their 1800 MHz concession runs until 2018 - with a significant build-out in the northeast.

I might plan on getting a back-up SIM, sooner rather than later, just as a hedge.
