Having done these exact flights in December and also having flown CX on this route too, I have to disagree with you correctioncx. The food in particular is far superior on QF. CX are still serving re-heated economy meals in china dishes in business. I also found the service to be more friendly and warm on QF than I experienced on CX.

CX do have the better seat, but I love the A380 and would choose it over CX's A330 if I could.
